At least 7 yearsвЂ™ postgraduate experience gained in mid to large international practices.Degree in Architecture from an internationally recognized university.Manage client expectations, team communication and oversight of consultant coordination.

Interface with the building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project.

Maintain and oversee the project manual and specifications.Resolve complex technical, design issues with the team to produceВ innovative technical and constructible solutions.Provide technical feedback in the conceptual development of project documents.Responsible for oversight and delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical quality.Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks.Communicate to the project manager and lead architect the progress of assignments according to the established project schedule and work plan.Including full documentation coordination with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.) Responsible for managing multiple aspects of client, team and project coordination.If you have an impressive design portfolio and are passionate about working on exciting international projects in a dynamic design led environment, we would love to hear from you.
